Terms of Use
These terms govern the conditions of use of the website operated by GonGunGames LLC (“the Company”) at www.gongungames.com, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its users. The Korean version is the legally binding text.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out what users need to know when using the features provided on the Company’s website, including company and service information, portfolio browsing, and enquiry submission.
Article 2 (Effect and amendment)
These terms take effect once posted on the website. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law and will announce any amendment on the website at least 7 days before it takes effect. Users who do not agree to the amended terms may stop using the website.
Article 3 (Services provided)
Through this website the Company provides:
- Information about the Company and its development services
- Information about games and content projects it has developed and released
- Receipt of and reply to enquiries about work-for-hire, collaboration and training
The Company aims to keep the website available 24 hours a day, year-round, but may suspend it temporarily for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance or replacement, communication failures, or force majeure.
Article 4 (User obligations)
When using the website, users must not:
- Submit enquiries using another person’s information or false information
- Place load on the Company’s servers or equipment through automated repeated access or enquiry submission
- Infringe the intellectual property rights, reputation or other rights of the Company or any third party
- Otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the website
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
All text, images, video, game screenshots, logos and design published on this website are the property of the Company or their rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from them without the Company’s prior written consent. Quotation for press coverage or editorial introduction is permitted provided the source is credited.
Article 6 (Handling of enquiry content)
Project information submitted through the enquiry form is used solely for consultation and is not disclosed externally without the user’s consent. This obligation does not extend to information the Company already holds, information already public, or information lawfully obtained from a third party. Where a non-disclosure agreement is required, one can be signed during the consultation.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Company is not liable for interruptions to website use caused by force majeure, communication failure, or reasons attributable to the user. Information published on the website is accurate as of the time of writing; the Company does not warrant that it is current or fit for any particular purpose. The Company is likewise not responsible for the content of external sites reached through links.
Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising between the Company and a user in connection with use of the website shall be brought before the court of first instance determined under the Civil Procedure Act.
