Privacy Policy
GonGunGames LLC (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and processes personal data collected through this website as set out below. The Korean version of this policy is the legally binding text.
1. What we collect and how
We only collect what you enter yourself in the enquiry form. There is no account registration on this site.
- Required — name, email address, enquiry content
- Optional — company or organisation name, phone number, enquiry type
- Collected automatically — IP address, access time and browser information, logged by the enquiry system for spam prevention
2. Why we use it
We use your data only for the purposes below. If the purpose changes we will ask for your consent first.
- Reviewing and replying to your enquiry, and conducting the consultation
- Preparing quotes and negotiating contracts
- Preventing abuse and spam submissions
3. How long we keep it
We retain your data for one year after the enquiry is closed, then destroy it without delay. Where a contract is concluded, we retain the relevant records for the period required by applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties, except where required by law or where a legitimate request is made by an investigative authority following due process.
5. Processors and transfers outside Korea
We use the following services to receive enquiries and host this website. Personal data is stored and processed on servers outside Korea as part of this.

6. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal data. Send your request to the privacy officer’s email below. We will act on it and inform you of the outcome within 10 days of receipt.
7. How we destroy data
Personal data whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been fulfilled is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted by means that make recovery impossible; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
8. Cookies and automatic collection
This website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. Note that loading Google Fonts for web typography may transmit your IP address to Google.
9. Security measures
- We keep the number of staff who handle personal data to a minimum and manage their access rights.
- HTTPS encryption is applied across the entire website.
- Passwords for accounts with access to the enquiry system are changed on a regular schedule.

11. Changes to this policy
Where this policy is added to, removed from or amended, we will announce the change on this website at least 7 days before it takes effect.
